Ingredients
- 200 g Cabbage
- 100 g Wheat flour
- 150 ml Water
- 2 Stück Eggs
- 2 Stück Spring onions
- 100 g Bacon
- 2 EL Okonomiyaki sauce
- 1 EL Mayonnaise
Instructions
- 1. Cut the cabbage into thin strips and mix with the spring onions.
- 2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, and eggs.
- 3. Fold the cabbage-spring onion mixture into the batter.
- 4. Heat a pan and optionally fry the bacon.
- 5. Pour the mixture into the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- 6. Garnish with okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise.
- 7. Serve warm and enjoy.
