🍳 Omelette Fries Bowl with Sauce

Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes, cut into sticks
- 4 Stück Eggs
- 2 Stück Onions
- 50 g Mayonnaise
- 20 g Ketchup
- 30 ml Rapeseed oil
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 2. Wash the potatoes and cut them into coarse sticks.
- 3. Mix the potato sticks with oil, salt and pepper and spread them on the tray.
- 4. Cut the onions into rings.
- 5. Bake the potatoes for 20 minutes until crispy.
- 6. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
- 7. Beat the eggs in a bowl and fry them in a non-stick pan as an omelette.
- 8. Cut the omelette into strips.
- 9. Serve the fries with onion rings, omelette strips and the sauce.
