Ingredients
- 150g Ogbono powder
- 300g Beef
- 100g Leafy greens
- 1 Onion
- 3 EL Vegetable oil
- 500ml Chicken broth
- nach Geschmack Spices (Salt, Pepper)
Instructions
- 1. Cut beef into cubes and cook.
- 2. Sauté onion in oil and add ogbono powder.
- 3. Add broth and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 4. Add leafy greens and cook for 5 minutes.
- 5. Season with spices and serve.
