🥘 Aromatic Oven Tian with Garlic Butter

Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes (waxy)
- 200 g Zucchini
- 200 g Tomatoes
- 40 g Butter
- 3 Stück Garlic cloves
- 4 Zweige Fresh thyme
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat.
- 2. Peel the potatoes and slice them into very thin slices (approx. 2 mm).
- 3. Slice the zucchini and tomatoes into thin, equally sized slices as well.
- 4. Finely press the garlic and mix it with the soft butter.
- 5. Place the vegetable slices alternately in a greased baking dish (Tian shape).
- 6. Place small pieces of the garlic butter between the layers.
- 7. Brush the surface with some olive oil and sprinkle thyme leaves over it.
- 8. Season the vegetables generously with salt and pepper.
- 9. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- 10. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes until the vegetables are golden brown.
