🍕 Small Oven Vegetable Pizza Antipasti

Ingredients
- 2 Stk flatbread (pita or ciabatta)
- 60 ml passata tomato sauce
- 125 g mozzarella ball
- 100 g red bell pepper
- 50 g red onion
- 15 ml olive oil
- 3 g dried oregano
- 2 g salt
- 10 g basil (fresh)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat.
- 2. Wash the bell pepper and cut it into fine cubes. Peel the onion and cut it into fine cubes as well.
- 3. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes or grate it coarsely.
- 4. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Flavor the passata with a spoonful of olive oil, salt, and oregano. Spread the mixture thinly onto the flatbread.
- 5. Distribute the diced bell pepper and onions evenly over the sauce. Sprinkle the mozzarella on top.
- 6. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake the pizza for 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
- 7. Remove the pizza from the oven. Cut it into 4 pieces. Garnish each piece with a few fresh basil leaves. Serve warm.
