  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Wash the bell pepper and cut it into fine cubes. Peel the onion and cut it into fine cubes as well.
  3. 3. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes or grate it coarsely.
  4. 4. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Flavor the passata with a spoonful of olive oil, salt, and oregano. Spread the mixture thinly onto the flatbread.
  5. 5. Distribute the diced bell pepper and onions evenly over the sauce. Sprinkle the mozzarella on top.
  6. 6. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake the pizza for 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
  7. 7. Remove the pizza from the oven. Cut it into 4 pieces. Garnish each piece with a few fresh basil leaves. Serve warm.
