- 400g Beef
- 2EL Olive oil
- 2Zehen Garlic
- 1 Pepper

Instructions
- 1. Cut the beef into cubes.
- 2. Mix olive oil, garlic, pepper, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- 3. Marinate the meat in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- 4. Preheat the grill and skewer the marinated meat.
- 5. Grill the meat for 15-20 minutes, turning regularly.
- 6. Remove from the grill and serve hot.
