Ingredients
- 3 Stück Medium eggs
- 30 g Cream cheese
- 20 g Gouda cheese (shredded)
- 15 g Sunflower seeds (roasted)
- 50 g Bell pepper (diced small)
- 2 Scheiben Fruit-and-seed bread (toasted)
- 10 g Butter
- 1 Prise Salt and white pepper
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper in a bowl until they are more homogeneous.
- 2. Heat the butter in a small non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 3. Sauté the diced peppers briefly and remove them from the pan.
- 4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and stir gently until the egg is half-set.
- 5. Spread the cream cheese, cheese, and peppers on one half of the omelet and fold it over.
- 6. Serve the omelet on the toasted bread and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
