🍫 Milk Chocolate Nut Cake (Flourless)

Ingredients
- 150 g Butter
- 120 g Sugar
- 4 Stk Eggs (Size M)
- 150 g Ground Almonds
- 150 g Dark Chocolate Callets (70% Cocoa)
- 150 g Milk Chocolate (35% Cocoa)
- 100 ml Creme Fraîche
- 1 Prise Salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat and line a cake tin with baking paper.
- 2. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
- 3. Finely chop the dark and milk chocolate.
- 4. Mix the melted butter with the sugar.
- 5. Stir in the eggs one by one until the mixture is smooth.
- 6. Mix the ground almonds with the crème fraîche.
- 7. Gently fold in the chocolate pieces, the almond mixture, and the salt into the butter-sugar mixture.
- 8. Fill the tin and bake the cake for approx. 40 minutes.
- 9. Let the cake cool in the tin before removing it.
