  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius top/bottom heat and line a cake tin with baking paper.
  2. 2. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  3. 3. Finely chop the dark and milk chocolate.
  4. 4. Mix the melted butter with the sugar.
  5. 5. Stir in the eggs one by one until the mixture is smooth.
  6. 6. Mix the ground almonds with the crème fraîche.
  7. 7. Gently fold in the chocolate pieces, the almond mixture, and the salt into the butter-sugar mixture.
  8. 8. Fill the tin and bake the cake for approx. 40 minutes.
  9. 9. Let the cake cool in the tin before removing it.
