🍝 Noodles with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
- 200 g Rice noodles
- 3 EL Peanut butter
- 3 EL Soy sauce
- 100 ml Water
- 1 Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 2 Spring onions
- 1 Handvoll Coriander
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions.
- 2. Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, and water together.
- 3. Chop onion and garlic, sauté in a pan.
- 4. Add cooked noodles and peanut sauce, mix well.
- 5. Garnish with spring onions and coriander, serve.
