🐟 Norwegian Salmon with Mustard Crust

Ingredients
- 300 g Salmon fillet
- 2 EL Dijon mustard
- 1 EL Honey
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 2 EL Parsley
- 1 Lemon
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- 2. Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish.
- 3. Mix mustard, honey, and olive oil, and spread over the salmon.
- 4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and squeeze lemon over it.
- 5. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
