Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes
- 150 g Wheat flour
- 50 g butter
- 1 EL Sugar
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 Prise Salt
Instructions
- 1. Boil and mash the potatoes.
- 2. Add butter, milk, sugar, and salt to the mashed potatoes.
- 3. Gradually stir in the flour until a smooth dough forms.
- 4. Divide the dough into portions and roll out.
- 5. Cook in a dry pan until golden brown on both sides.
- 6. Serve warm or store for later.
