🍝 Norwegian Cod Pasta

Ingredients
- 200 g Dried cod
- 200 g Pasta
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Basil
Instructions
- 1. Soak dried cod for 24 hours and then rinse.
- 2. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic.
- 4. Add tomatoes and cod, and simmer for a few minutes.
- 5. Drain pasta and mix with the sauce.
- 6. Serve with fresh basil.
