  2. 2. Place the kale strips on a cutting board and sprinkle with salt. Massage the vegetables for 2 minutes with your hands until soft.
  3. 3. Toast the walnuts in a dry pan over medium heat for 3 minutes until fragrant. Remove the pan from the heat.
  4. 4. Whisk the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
  5. 5. Add the kale and walnuts to a large bowl. Add the dressing sauce and mix everything well.
  6. 6. Crumble the goat cheese over the salad with your fingers and serve immediately.
