🥗 Nordic Kale Salad with Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- 200 g Kale leaves
- 100 g Fresh goat cheese
- 30 g Walnut kernels
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 10 ml Balsamic vinegar
- 2 g Salt
- 1 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the kale and remove the tough stems. Cut the leaves into fine strips.
- 2. Place the kale strips on a cutting board and sprinkle with salt. Massage the vegetables for 2 minutes with your hands until soft.
- 3. Toast the walnuts in a dry pan over medium heat for 3 minutes until fragrant. Remove the pan from the heat.
- 4. Whisk the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
- 5. Add the kale and walnuts to a large bowl. Add the dressing sauce and mix everything well.
- 6. Crumble the goat cheese over the salad with your fingers and serve immediately.
