🍫 Nutty Chocolate Panna Cotta

Ingredients
- 500 ml Cream (at least 30% fat)
- 60 g Sugar
- 30 g Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 10 g Gelatine (leaves)
- 50 ml Water (for gelatine)
- 40 g Hazelnuts (roasted and chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water for 5 minutes. Then gently squeeze them out.
- 2. Heat the cream in a pot almost to boiling, but do not let it boil. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 3. Stir the sugar and cocoa into the warm cream until completely dissolved.
- 4. Dissolve the squeezed gelatine in the warm chocolate cream mixture by stirring it briefly in the pot.
- 5. Pour the mixture into 4 small glasses or molds. Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts on top.
- 6. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until the panna cotta is set.
