  1. 1. Soak the gelatine leaves in cold water for 5 minutes. Then gently squeeze them out.
  2. 2. Heat the cream in a pot almost to boiling, but do not let it boil. Remove the pot from the heat.
  3. 3. Stir the sugar and cocoa into the warm cream until completely dissolved.
  4. 4. Dissolve the squeezed gelatine in the warm chocolate cream mixture by stirring it briefly in the pot.
  5. 5. Pour the mixture into 4 small glasses or molds. Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts on top.
  6. 6. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until the panna cotta is set.
