Ingredients
- 500g Beef
- 2 Onion
- 1 Stück Ginger
- 5 Zehen Garlic
- 2 EL Nihari spice mix
- 1.5l Water
- 4 EL Oil
- 1 TL garam masala
Instructions
- 1. Cut the beef into small pieces.
- 2. Fry the onions in oil until golden brown.
- 3. Add ginger and garlic and sauté briefly.
- 4. Add beef and Nihari spice mix, stir well.
- 5. Add water and bring to a boil.
- 6. Reduce heat and simmer for 4 hours.
- 7. Season with Garam Masala and serve.
