  3. 3. Add ginger and garlic and sauté briefly.
  4. 4. Add beef and Nihari spice mix, stir well.
  5. 5. Add water and bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Reduce heat and simmer for 4 hours.
  7. 7. Season with Garam Masala and serve.
