🍲 Nihari - Pakistani Stew

Ingredients
- 500g beef
- 2 onion
- 4 Zehen garlic
- 1 Stück (5cm) ginger
- 2 Esslöffel Nihari spices
- 1 Liter beef broth
- 2 Esslöffel wheat flour
- zum Garnieren fresh coriander
Instructions
- 1. Fry the onion in oil until golden brown.
- 2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté briefly.
- 3. Add beef and sauté until browned.
- 4. Add Nihari spices and broth, bring to a boil and simmer for 2-3 hours.
- 5. Mix flour with water into a paste and add to the stew to thicken.
- 6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
