🐟 Salmon Nigiri

Ingredients
- 200 g Sushi Rice
- 240 ml Water
- 2 EL Rice Vinegar
- 1 EL Sugar
- 1 TL Salt
- 150 g Salmon Fillet
- 1 Prise wasabi
- zum Servieren Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Wash rice thoroughly and bring to a boil with water.
- 2. Let it sit for 10 minutes after cooking.
- 3. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt and fold into the rice.
- 4. Cut the salmon into thin slices.
- 5. Shape rice into small oval mounds and place salmon on top.
- 6. Serve with wasabi and dip in soy sauce.
