  3. 3. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt and fold into the rice.
  4. 4. Cut the salmon into thin slices.
  5. 5. Shape rice into small oval mounds and place salmon on top.
  6. 6. Serve with wasabi and dip in soy sauce.
