Ingredients
- 200 g Jasmine rice
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 2 Boiled eggs
- 4 EL sambal
- 1 Cucumber
- 50 g Fried peanuts
Instructions
- 1. Wash rice thoroughly and cook with coconut milk and water.
- 2. Boil eggs hard, then cool and peel.
- 3. Slice cucumber.
- 4. Serve the cooked rice on a plate.
- 5. Garnish with sambal, cucumber slices, eggs, and peanuts.
- 6. Serve immediately.
