Ingredients
- 300 g Cooked rice
- 2 Eggs
- 3 EL Soy sauce
- 100 g Vegetables (carrots, peas)
- 1 Bund Fresh cilantro
- 1 Chili
Instructions
- 1. Scramble eggs in a pan and set aside.
- 2. Stir-fry the vegetables in the same pan.
- 3. Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mix well.
- 4. Return scrambled eggs to the pan and mix everything.
- 5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and chili.
- 6. Serve immediately.
