Ingredients
- 250g cooked rice
- 150g chicken breast
- 3 spring onions
- 2 eggs
- 2 EL soy sauce
- 2 Zehen garlic
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken breast into small pieces and sauté in a pan.
- 2. Add garlic and sauté briefly.
- 3. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and chopped spring onions, mix well.
- 4. Beat eggs in a separate bowl and pour into the pan, stirring until set.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper, then serve.
