🥗 Nasi Goreng - Indonesian Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 300g Cooked Rice
- 3 EL Soy Sauce
- 2 Shallots
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 2 Eggs
- 150g Chicken Breast
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken breast into small pieces and fry in a pan until cooked.
- 2. In the same pan, sauté shallots and garlic.
- 3. Crack the eggs into the pan and mix well.
- 4. Add cooked rice and stir well.
- 5. Add soy sauce and stir vigorously.
- 6. Garnish with spring onions before serving.
