Ingredients
- 200 g Whole Wheat Flour
- 100 ml Water
- 50 g Yogurt
- 5 g Yeast
- 1 TL Sugar
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- 2. Add water and yogurt, knead until the dough is smooth.
- 3. Cover dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
- 4. Divide the dough into small portions and roll into flat breads.
- 5. Cook in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- 6. Serve and enjoy!
