Ingredients
- 1 Stück (ca. 200g) eggplant
- 2 EL tahini
- 2 EL olive oil
- 2 EL lemon juice
- 1 Zehe garlic
- 1 TL salt
- 1 EL pomegranate seeds
Instructions
- 1. Roast the eggplant in the oven until soft (about 30 minutes at 200°C).
- 2. Cool, then scoop out the flesh.
- 3. Add flesh, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic to a blender and blend.
- 4. Season with salt.
- 5. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
