Ingredients
- 200 Mushrooms
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic
- 1 Thyme
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1.5 Water
- 0.5 Salt
Instructions
- 1. Sauté mushrooms, onion, and garlic in a pot.
- 2. Add water and bring to a boil.
- 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 4. Strain the broth through a sieve.
- 5. Season with salt and garnish with fresh herbs.
