Ingredients
- 100 Mung beans
- 1 Sesame oil
- 1 Soy sauce
- 1 Garlic
- 1 chili (optional)
- 2 Green onions
Instructions
- 1. Soak mung beans overnight, then cook until soft.
- 2. Drain and place in a bowl.
- 3. Finely chop garlic and add to mung beans.
- 4. Add sesame oil and soy sauce, mix well.
- 5. Garnish with chili and green onions.
- 6. Serve cold or at room temperature.
