Ingredients
- 100g green or brown lentils
- 150g long-grain rice
- 1 Stück onion
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 TL salt

Instructions
- 1. Cook lentils and rice separately according to package instructions.
- 2. Fry onions in olive oil until golden brown.
- 3. Combine lentils and rice, serve with fried onions on top.
