Ingredients
- 100g roasted red peppers (jarred)
- 50g walnuts
- 1 EL tahini
- 1 EL olive oil
- 1 EL lemon juice
- 1 Zehe garlic
- 1 TL ground cumin
- 1 TL salt
Instructions
- 1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
- 2. Blend until a smooth paste forms.
- 3. Season with salt.
- 4. Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
- 5. Serve with pita bread.
