🍕 Mozzarella-Pepperoni Toast

Ingredients
- 4 Scheiben White bread (thick slices)
- 150 g Mozzarella balls (small)
- 60 g Pepperoni (salami)
- 40 g Tomato paste
- 2 g Oregano (dried)
- 10 ml Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Rub the bread slices thinly with the olive oil.
- 3. Mix the tomato paste with the oregano and one tablespoon of water.
- 4. Coat the bread with the tomato mixture.
- 5. Cut the mozzarella balls in half and place them on the bread.
- 6. Sprinkle the pepperoni pieces evenly over the top.
- 7. Place the bread on a baking sheet and put it in the oven.
- 8. Bake the toast for 10 minutes until the cheese melts and the edges are golden brown.
