🍰 Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
- 100 g Dark Chocolate
- 30 g butter
- 2 Stück Eggs
- 30 g Sugar
- 150 ml Heavy Cream
- 1 TL Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- 1. Melt chocolate and butter in a water bath.
- 2. Separate eggs and whip the egg whites until stiff.
- 3. Mix melted chocolate with egg yolks and sugar.
- 4. Whip heavy cream and fold it into the chocolate mixture.
- 5. Finally, gently fold in the whipped egg whites.
- 6. Pour into bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
