Ingredients
- 2 Eggplant
- 250 g Ground meat
- 1 Onion
- 400 g Tomatoes
- 1 TL Cinnamon
- 4 EL Olive oil
- 100 g Cheese
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Slice and fry eggplant.
- 2. Sauté ground meat and onion.
- 3. Add tomatoes and cinnamon.
- 4. Layer: eggplant, meat mixture, and cheese.
- 5. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
