Ingredients
- 2 Stück Eggplant
- 2 Stück Potatoes
- 1 Stück Onion
- 300 g Ground Beef
- 400 g Tomatoes
- 250 g Yogurt
- 2 Stück Eggs
- 50 ml Olive Oil
- 1 TL Cumin
- 1 TL Cinnamon
- 1 Handvoll Parsley
Instructions
- 1. Slice and fry eggplants and potatoes.
- 2. Sauté onions and ground beef in a pan.
- 3. Add tomatoes and spices, simmer for 15 minutes.
- 4. In a baking dish, layer potatoes, meat mixture, eggplant alternatively.
- 5. Mix eggs and yogurt, pour over layers.
- 6. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
- 7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
