  1. 1. Slice and fry eggplants and potatoes.
  2. 2. Sauté onions and ground beef in a pan.
  3. 3. Add tomatoes and spices, simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. In a baking dish, layer potatoes, meat mixture, eggplant alternatively.
  5. 5. Mix eggs and yogurt, pour over layers.
  6. 6. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
  7. 7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
