🥗 Mussels Marinières

Ingredients
- 1 kg Mussels
- 2 Onions
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 30 g Parsley
- 250 ml White wine
- 30 g butter
- 1 Lemon
- 2 Scheiben Black bread
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Clean mussels well and discard any open ones.
- 2. Dice onions and garlic and sauté in butter.
- 3. Add mussels and deglaze with white wine.
- 4. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes until mussels are open.
- 5. Serve with freshly chopped parsley and lemon.
- 6. Serve with black bread.
