🍲 Brazilian Fish Stew

Ingredients
- 300 g fish fillet
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 Bund coriander
- 2 EL olive oil
- 2 Zehen garlic
Instructions
- 1. Cut fish into pieces and season with salt.
- 2. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
- 3. Add bell pepper and tomatoes, sauté briefly.
- 4. Pour in coconut milk and bring to a boil.
- 5. Add fish pieces and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 6. Garnish with coriander and serve.
