🍲 Moqueca - Brazilian Fish Stew

Ingredients
- 300g fish fillet (e.g., cod)
- 400ml coconut milk
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- ein Bund fresh cilantro
- 2 EL lime juice
- 2 EL olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Dice onion and bell pepper.
- 2. Heat oil in a pot, sauté onion and bell pepper.
- 3. Add tomatoes and sauté briefly.
- 4. Add coconut milk and fish fillets, simmer for 20 minutes.
- 5. Season with lime juice and fresh cilantro.
- 6. Serve with rice or bread.
