Ingredients
- 300 g chicken
- ½ Bund cilantro
- ½ Bund parsley
- 2 Stück green chilis
- 50 g peanuts
- 1 Stück onion
- 2 Stück garlic cloves
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 TL salt
- 500 ml chicken broth
Instructions
- 1. Cook chicken in broth until done and cut into pieces.
- 2. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil, then add cilantro, parsley, and chilis.
- 3. Blend everything and add to chicken broth.
- 4. Add peanuts and bring to a boil.
- 5. Serve in a bowl with chicken.
