Ingredients
- 200g Black-eyed peas
- 1 Onion
- 2 EL Vegetable oil
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Bell pepper
- 2 Eggs
- nach Geschmack Spices (Salt, Pepper)
- 200ml Water
Instructions
- 1. Soak and blend black-eyed peas.
- 2. Add onion, tomato, and bell pepper, mix well.
- 3. Add oil, eggs, and spices, mix well.
- 4. Pour the mixture into molds and steam for 30 minutes.
- 5. Let cool and serve.
