Ingredients
- 2 green plantains
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 olive oil
- 200 shrimp
- 1 onion

Instructions
- 1. Peel the plantains, cut into pieces, and boil in salted water until tender.
- 2. Mash the cooked plantains with 2 garlic cloves and a bit of olive oil in a bowl.
- 3. Sauté the shrimp in a pan with onions and the remaining garlic until cooked through.
- 4. Plate the mofongo, top it with the shrimp mixture, and garnish with parsley.
