Ingredients
- 2 green plantains
- 3 garlic cloves
- 60 olive oil
- 120 chicken broth
- 50 pork cracklings
- nach Geschmack salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel the plantains, cut into pieces, and boil in salted water until soft.
- 2. Drain and transfer to a bowl.
- 3. Crush the garlic and add it with some olive oil to the plantains.
- 4. Mash the mixture well, adding chicken broth and pork cracklings as you continue to mash.
- 5. Season with salt and form into small portions.
- 6. Serve and garnish with chicken gravy if desired.
