Ingredients
- 100 g Rice Flour
- 30 g Sugar
- 1 TL Baking Powder
- 150 ml Milk
- 1 Eggs
- 20 g butter
- 1 TL Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- 1. Mix rice flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
- 2. Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
- 3. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir.
- 4. Heat a skillet and melt some butter in it.
- 5. Pour a ladle of batter into the skillet and cook until golden brown.
- 6. Flip the mochi pancakes and cook on the other side.
