Ingredients
- 200 g Ground pork
- 200 g Ramen noodles
- 1 l Chicken broth
- 3 EL Miso paste
- 50 ml Soy sauce
- 2 Green onions
- 2 Nori sheets
- 2 Egg (soft-boiled)
Instructions
- 1. Fry ground pork in a pan until brown.
- 2. Heat chicken broth in a pot, then stir in miso paste and soy sauce.
- 3. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- 4. Add broth, noodles, and pork into bowls.
- 5. Garnish with green onions, nori, and an egg.
