Ingredients
- 200g Red lentils
- 1 Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Stück (2 cm) Ginger
- 1.5 EL Berbere spice mix
- 500ml Vegetable broth
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion in a pot over medium heat until golden brown.
- 2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 2 minutes.
- 3. Add Berbere spice and toast briefly.
- 4. Stir in lentils, deglaze with vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes until lentils are tender.
