🍲 Misir Wat (Lentil Stew)

Ingredients
- 200 g red lentils
- 1 Stück onion
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 1 cm ginger
- 1 EL berbere spice mix
- 2 Stück tomatoes
- 1 EL oil
- 1 TL salt
- 500 ml water
Instructions
- 1. Chop onion, garlic, and ginger finely and sauté in oil.
- 2. Add diced tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 3. Add lentils and berbere spice mix, mixing well.
- 4. Add water and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
- 5. Adjust with salt and serve.
