Ingredients
- 200g red lentils
- 1 Onion
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 cm Ginger
- 1 EL Berbere Spice
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 EL Oil
- 500ml Vegetable Broth
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion in oil until golden brown.
- 2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté briefly.
- 3. Add berbere and mix well.
- 4. Add lentils and diced tomatoes, mix well.
- 5. Add vegetable broth and simmer for 30 minutes.
