  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat).
  2. 2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small, bite-sized cubes (approx. 2 cm).
  3. 3. Dry the potato cubes with a kitchen towel.
  4. 4. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with 3 tbsp olive oil, sweet paprika, smoked paprika, and salt.
  5. 5. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Turn them after 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Meanwhile, prepare the Bravas sauce: Mix ketchup, tomato paste, pressed garlic, chili flakes, and 1 tbsp olive oil in a small bowl.
  7. 7. Warm the Bravas sauce briefly on the stove over low heat (approx. 2 minutes), stirring occasionally.
  8. 8. Serve the fried potatoes on plates, pour the warm Bravas sauce over them, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
