Ingredients
- 150 Millet
- 100 Fermented carrots
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 Onion
- 1 Cumin
- 2 Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook millet according to package instructions.
- 2. Finely dice onion and bell pepper.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and bell pepper.
- 4. Add fermented carrots and stir-fry briefly.
- 5. Add cooked millet and mix well.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
