🥗 Mille-feuille with Vanilla Cream

Ingredients
- 1 Rolle Puff pastry
- 250 ml Milk
- 75 g Sugar
- 1 Vanilla pod
- 3 Egg yolk
- 20 g Flour
- zum Bestäuben Powdered sugar
Instructions
- 1. Roll out puff pastry and cut into rectangles, then bake in the oven at 200°C until golden brown.
- 2. Boil milk with sugar and vanilla pod.
- 3. Mix egg yolks and flour in a bowl, then slowly stir in the hot milk.
- 4. Return the mixture to the stove and thicken over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- 5. Pour the vanilla cream into a bowl and let it cool.
- 6. Layer the puff pastry and vanilla cream, dusting with powdered sugar at the top.
