- 300 veal
- 2 eggs
- 100 breadcrumbs
- 50 flour
- 3 olive oil
- 1 salt
Instructions
- 1. Pound the veal thinly and season with salt.
- 2. Prepare flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in three bowls.
- 3. Dredge the meat in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- 4. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the meat.
- 5. Fry until golden brown, then drain.
- 6. Serve with lemon.
