🥗 Milanesa with Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 400g Cutlet meat (veal or poultry)
- 100g Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs
- 300g Potatoes
- 50ml Milk
- 20g butter
Instructions
- 1. Pound the cutlet meat thin, add salt and pepper.
- 2. Beat the eggs and dip the meat in, then coat in breadcrumbs.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side.
- 4. Peel and boil the potatoes, then mash with milk and butter.
