Ingredients
- 200g egg noodles
- 100g pork
- 1 carrots
- 1 bell pepper
- 3 EL soy sauce
- 1 EL chili sauce
Instructions
- 1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- 2. Slice pork into thin strips and sauté in a pan.
- 3. Slice carrots and bell pepper, add to the pork.
- 4. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, and chili sauce to the pan and mix well.
- 5. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
