🍝 Mie Goreng - Indonesian Fried Noodles

Ingredients
- 200g Noodles
- 4 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 Carrots
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 150g Shrimp
Instructions
- 1. Cook noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- 2. Sauté garlic in a pan.
- 3. Add carrots and bell pepper and fry for a few minutes.
- 4. Add shrimp and cook until done.
- 5. Add noodles and soy sauce and stir well.
- 6. Garnish with spring onions before serving.
